Short answer: Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days and costs US$5.00 on orders under US$49 — and it's free on every order of US$49 or more. In-stock jerseys are processed in 1–3 business days, custom name & number jerseys in 3–7, and every order ships with a free tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. The options available to your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Express shipping is not currently offered — Standard is the only delivery option at checkout.

Processing time is counted in business days from the moment your payment clears, and excludes weekends and public holidays. Delivery time starts from the day we hand the parcel to the carrier.

We ship to the following markets:

- Europe — most European countries
- Asia — most Asian countries and regions
- South America — most South American countries
- Oceania — Australia and New Zealand
The options available to your address are shown at checkout before you pay. If your country is not listed there, email collegegearhub@outlook.com and we will tell you what is possible.
How the process works

Order placed. You get a confirmation email with your order number.

Processing. Your jersey is picked, checked and packed — 1–3 business days for in-stock items, 3–7 business days for custom and personalised jerseys.

Dispatch. We hand the parcel to the carrier and email your tracking number.

In transit. Track the parcel any time using the link in your dispatch email.

Delivered. If something looks wrong, email us — returns are free within 30 days and every order is backed by 365 days of support.
Good to know
Tracking — every order ships with a tracking number, at no extra cost.
Business days — Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Multiple items — items in the same order may ship separately depending on stock location. You will get a tracking number for each parcel.
Address changes — email us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it.
Delays — peak periods and customs clearance can add time. If your parcel is past the estimate, email us and we will chase the carrier.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of US$49 and above, and costs a flat US$5.00 on orders below that.
How long does delivery take?
Standard takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Add 1–3 business days processing for in-stock items, or 3–7 business days for custom name & number jerseys.
Do you ship with tracking?
Yes — every order ships with a free tracking number emailed to you at dispatch.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Email us immediately at collegegearhub@outlook.com — we can usually update it while the order is still in processing. Once a parcel is dispatched we cannot redirect it.
What if my order is late?
Email us with your order number. We will chase the carrier on your behalf — and every order carries 365 days of after-sales support, so a late or stuck parcel is never your problem to solve alone.

How early should you order?

Getting to free shipping
Standard shipping is free at US$49 and costs US$5.00 below it. If your cart sits just under the line, adding a second item is normally cheaper than paying the US$5.00 — there is no handling fee on top of the flat rate, and no sales tax on any order.
Customs, duty and peak season
Customs: We ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico, most of Europe and Asia, most of South America, plus Australia and New Zealand — with tracking on every order. Any import duty or tax is set by your country and is the customer's responsibility; it is not included in our prices or shipping charges. Customs clearance time is not part of the delivery estimate, and if the carrier needs information from you they will contact you directly — watch for that message, because unclaimed parcels are eventually returned.
Peak season: Black Friday, Christmas and the start of the college football season all add pressure to both production and carrier networks. Processing times still apply as stated above, but delivery estimates can stretch. Ordering a custom jersey as a gift? Build in the full 3–7 business day production window plus the delivery window.
