Do your jerseys run true to size?

Yes, if you match your chest measurement to the chart rather than assuming your T-shirt letter carries over. A jersey is cut with a few centimeters of ease. Sport-specific cuts differ: soccer runs slim, hockey runs very loose, basketball runs large.

I wear a large T-shirt. What size jersey do I order?

Football, baseball and retro: L. Basketball: M for a fitted look, L for a relaxed drape. Hockey: M, because hockey letters run large. Soccer: XL. Add one size if you plan to wear it over a hoodie.

Are these body measurements or garment measurements?

Body measurements. You measure yourself and match your chest. The finished jersey measures larger than the numbers shown because of the ease built into the cut.

What does a size 44 or 52 jersey mean?

It is your chest circumference in inches. A 44 fits a 41 to 44 inch chest; a 52 fits 48.5 to 53.5 inches. In hockey the number is a catalogue size rather than a chest measurement.

Why does my size L hockey jersey fit like an XL T-shirt?

Hockey jerseys are cut to be worn over shoulder pads, so the size run is generous. A 52 is labelled L but fits like an XL tee. Most fans size down one, or two for a shirt-like fit.

Will a jersey shrink in the wash?

Polyester replica jerseys do not shrink measurably when washed cold and dried low. Cotton-heavy retro bodies can shrink around half an inch on the first wash, so size up if between sizes on a vintage style.

How do I choose between youth and kids sizes?

Youth YS to YXL covers roughly ages 8 to 15. Below that are preschool 4 to 7, toddler 2T to 4T, infant 12M to 24M and newborn 0/3 to 6/9. Use height first, weight second and age last.

Do you carry 4XL and 5XL?

Every sport on this page runs to 4XL at minimum, and football, baseball and retro reach 5XL. Extended sizes are stocked on part of the range rather than every style, so the size list on the product page is the final word.

My measurements fall between two sizes, which one do I take?

Take the larger size. A jersey that is slightly loose reads as a normal jersey fit; one that is tight across the chest cannot be fixed. The exception is hockey, where the run is cut loose and you should take the smaller size.

My size is out of stock, what now?

The same jersey shows two different size lists, which is right?

Both are. A style is often produced as a men's version and a unisex version, and the two runs do not always cover the same sizes. One might stop at 4XL while the other reaches 5XL or starts at XS. The size list of the exact listing you are on is what ships.

Should I order women's or unisex if I normally wear a women's size?

Take the women's cut in your normal size if you want the shirt to follow your shape: narrower shoulder, tapered waist, and 1.5 to 2 inches shorter in the body. Take unisex one size down from your women's size for a straight, oversized look.

Can I exchange a jersey if the size is wrong?

Yes. Unworn jerseys with tags can be exchanged within 30 days and size exchanges are free. Custom name and number jerseys are made to order and can only be exchanged for a defect or a sizing error on our side.
