1. Agreement

These terms apply whenever you browse or buy from College Gear Hub. By placing an order or using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your order.

2. Products and accuracy

• Jerseys are fan gear: unofficial, unfanned-budget versions built for supporters, not for on-field play, as described on each product page.
• We work hard to photograph colours accurately, but screens vary — expect a small difference between photo and fabric.
• Stock levels are live but can race: if an item sells out between order and dispatch we will refund it immediately and suggest the closest alternative.

3. Custom and made-to-order jerseys

Custom name & number jerseys are produced after you order, in 3–7 business days. Because they are made to your specification, they cannot be returned for a change of mind. They are fully covered if they arrive faulty, incorrect or damaged — see our Returns and Exchanges page. You are responsible for the spelling of the name and digits of the number you enter; we print exactly what you type, so double-check it.

4. Pricing, payment and tax

• All prices are in US dollars (USD). Standard shipping is free on orders of US$49 and above and US$5.00 below that. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
• We do not collect sales tax; any import duty or sales tax that applies at your country's border is set by the destination country and is the customer's responsibility.
• An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch — if a pricing or stock error is discovered before then, we will contact you and refund in full immediately.

5. Orders, delivery and risk

• You confirm your shipping address is correct at checkout — once a parcel is dispatched we cannot redirect it.
• Risk passes to the carrier at dispatch; every order carries a tracking number so any stop can be traced.
• Delivery estimates are in business days and are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance and peak season can add time.

6. Returns

Our 30-day free return and size-exchange policy, the exclusions for personalised items, and the 365-day after-sales guarantee are set out fully on our Returns and Exchanges page — those rules are part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break security limits, no fraudulent orders, no resale presented as authorised merchandise.
• You may link to our pages; bulk reproduction of our product text or images requires written permission.

8. Intellectual property

The College Gear Hub name, site design and original written content belong to us. Third-party team names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in this store transfers any trademark or licence to you.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for losses caused by your input errors (for example a misspelled customisation) or by events outside our reasonable control — including carrier delays, customs action, strikes and extreme weather.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — enter your registered jurisdiction before publishing]. We resolve things the way we handle support: by email, quickly, with good will. If a dispute cannot be settled informally, it belongs to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you a mandatory right to bring proceedings where you live.
