How do your collegiate jerseys fit across different sports?

Our jerseys feature an athletic, layer-ready cut proportioned to wear comfortably over a t-shirt in warm weather or over a heavyweight hoodie during late-season games. If you prefer a looser tailgate fit or are between sizes, we recommend ordering one size up.

What is your return and size exchange policy?

Unworn standard jerseys with original tags qualify for hassle-free returns and free size exchanges. Custom personalized jerseys are tailored specifically to your checkout notes and are covered by our studio quality guarantee—we replace any item with a production defect or workshop error at no cost.

How do I place a bulk custom order for a team, fraternity, or alumni group?

You can mix and match sizes, sports, and individual names/numbers in a single cart. List each member's size, name, and number in the Checkout Order Notes box (e.g., Size L: SMITH #24, Size XL: MANNING #16) and apply our active bulk promo codes (BulkCustom20 or BulkCustom30) at checkout.

First, check our A–Z School Directory which links every program we carry. If your alma mater isn’t listed yet, submit a request on our Request a Team page—fan demand directly decides which schools we add next.

PricingAre there extra charges for longer names or double digits?

Never. Unlike stores that charge per character, our custom studio pricing is 100% flat and all-inclusive. Whether you want a single digit like #2 or a double digit like #99 with a 12-letter surname, the price stays the same.

QualityWhat materials are used for your custom jerseys?

Every jersey is crafted from breathable, moisture-wicking athletic micro-mesh polyester with reinforced shoulder yokes, varsity trim, and vibrant, fade-resistant collegiate colorways built to hold up season after season.

RostersCan I customize alumni legends, current stars, or my own name?

Yes! You can enter your own surname, graduation year, fraternity nickname, or your favorite collegiate player’s name and number across football, basketball, baseball, and ice hockey silhouettes.

SizingHow do your jerseys fit? Should I size up for hoodies?

Our collegiate jerseys feature a true-to-size athletic cut designed to wear comfortably over a t-shirt. If you prefer a relaxed tailgate fit, are between sizes, or plan to layer over a heavyweight fleece hoodie in late autumn, we recommend ordering one size up. Check our Per-Sport Size Guide.

CutsDo you carry women’s, youth, and toddler sizes?

Yes. Alongside men’s and unisex sizes (XS–3XL), flagship programs feature contoured women’s cuts, youth sizes (XS–XL), and infant/toddler gameday kits. Both inch and centimeter charts are available on our Size Guide.

SportsDo football, basketball, and hockey cuts fit differently?

Yes. Football and baseball jerseys have a classic stadium drape, basketball tanks feature a sleeveless swingman silhouette, and ice hockey sweaters are cut wider through the chest and sleeves for rink layering.

MeasureHow do I measure my chest and length accurately at home?

Lay your favorite fitting shirt or jersey flat on a table. Measure straight across the chest 1 inch below the armholes (multiply by 2 for full chest circumference) and from the highest shoulder point down to the bottom hem.

CareHow do I wash my jersey to keep the numbers sharp?

Turn the jersey inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Hang dry in the shade—never bleach, tumble dry on high heat, or iron directly on the lettering. Full tips are on our Jersey Care Guide.

PlusDo you offer Big & Tall or extended 3XL sizing?

Yes, most men’s and unisex collegiate jerseys run all the way up to 3XL with generous chest and torso length proportions. If you need custom roster sizing for a team order, reach out via Contact Us.

ShippingHow does order tracking and doorstep delivery work?

Every parcel ships with end-to-end tracking. Once your jersey clears quality inspection and leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Check your live status anytime on our Order Tracking page or Shipping Policy.

ReturnsCan I exchange my jersey if the size doesn’t fit right?

Yes! Unworn standard jerseys with original tags qualify for easy returns and free size exchanges. Because custom name-and-number jerseys are tailored specifically to your order notes, they are final sale unless there is a production defect or workshop error—which we replace 100% free. See our Refund Policy.

UpdatesCan I update my custom name/number or shipping address?

If you need to fix a typo in your checkout note or update your delivery address, message us via the Contact Us page as soon as possible after ordering so our team can update your ticket before studio pressing begins.

GuaranteeWhat if my custom jersey arrives with a misprint or defect?

Every order is backed by our Gameday Quality Guarantee. If the name or number doesn’t match your checkout note or arrives with any damage, send our support team a quick photo and we will priority-ship a brand-new replacement at zero cost to you.

CheckoutIs checkout secure and are there any hidden fees?

All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. The total shown at checkout is final—with zero hidden handling fees and zero per-letter personalization charges.
